    • The Garin Carnival is September 21. The carnival is a Garin tradition and one of the best events all year. We need your help to make it successful! Check with your teachers to sign up for a time to volunteer at a game booth. 

    Notice of 30 day rollover expiration of Free/Reduced Price Meal Benefit Program

    The 30 day rollover period of the Free/Reduced Price Meal Benefit Program eligibility from 17-18 school year is expiring soon. On September 11, 2018, if you have not submitted a 2018/2019 application for Free/Reduced Meal Benefit Program or have not received a letter stating you have been directly certified based on your participation in state assistance programs, such as Cal-Fresh, your student will no longer receive the benefits of the program.  If you feel your student(s) are eligible for the program, please visit to complete an online application or visit the school office, school café or district office to receive a paper application.  Applications can be submitted at anytime throughout the school year.

    Ability Awareness Week

    The Heritage High Unified Soccer team put on a great game for Garin students on Friday!

    Mrs. Smith's 2nd grade class earned a pizza party for reaching 100% PTA membership this year!
